William David FrankWHILEY(Billy) Passed away peacefully with his family by his side, Billy; loving Dad to Franchesca and Michael, beloved son of the late Vera and Bill, cherished brother of Keith, Fran and respected brother-in-law of Denise, a much loved uncle. Resting at James Summers & Son, Roath Court, Newport Rd, Cardiff, until the funeral service on Tuesday Oct 28, at 2pm at St Mary's Church, Grangetown and thereafter at Western Cemetery at 3.30pm. Family flowers only, donations if so desired may be made to Velindre Cancer Centre c/o the funeral director. It was Billy's wish that Cardiff City shirts or blue clothing be worn at his funeral.
